Founded in 2013, Commodity is a design-led Modern, American Perfumery that’s redesigning fragrance. Modern in design and elemental in approach, Commodity believes that simplicity is the new luxury.
Fragrance isn’t one-scent-fits-all. Some want a fragrance that’s reserved for themselves, some want a fragrance that fills the room, while others long for something in between.
Commodity created Scent Space to give fragrance wearers the confidence in selecting their scent and controlling its projection.
Each Commodity fragrance is available in three different Scent Space projections: a skin-close Personal, a noticeably-balanced Expressive, and a room-filling Bold.
Expressive
The starting point for Scent Space. These fragrances have a uniquely-balanced projection, noticeable by you and the many around you.

Personal
Infused with soft, molecular notes to bring the projection closer to the skin. These subtle skin scents are for you and the few you allow close.
Personal fragrances are presented in ethereal white bottles with a minus (-) symbol, illustrating their intimate projection.
Bold
Infused with deep, amplified notes for a room-filling, head-turning presence. These are for you and everyone else.

Artisanally crafted
Commodity pairs artisanally crafted perfumes with elemental names like Milk, Juice, and Gold, to offer an intuitive snapshot of each fragrance.
